Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Financial & Banking

About the role

We are seeking seasoned cybersecurity leaders to fill two confidential Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) mandates with leading financial and banking organizations undergoing rapid growth and digital transformation. The positions require aligning security strategy with business objectives, strengthening cyber resilience, and advising executive leadership and boards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall security strategy and cyber risk management framework.
• Oversee security governance, regulatory compliance, security operations, incident response, and technology risk management.
• Lead enterprise‑wide security transformation initiatives and build high‑performing security teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, regulators, and board members to balance security, risk, and business goals.
• Promote security‑by‑design across technology platforms, cloud environments, and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading enterprise‑wide security programs in highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to executive and board audiences.
• Eligibility to obtain CAT 1 Security Clearance.
• Strong track record of managing large‑scale cybersecurity initiatives within financial services or banking.
