About the role

We are looking for a Client Care Advisor to deliver a best‑in‑class luxury experience for Tiffany & Co. customers across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails and live‑chat, providing personalized service, and driving product recommendations that meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide elevated, high‑energy client service aligned with Tiffany’s brand values, resolving issues with empathy and escalating when necessary.
  • Build personal connections with clients, gather relevant information and support long‑term relationship building.
  • Manage multiple contact channels (phone, email, live chat) in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment.
  • Present the brand, share storytelling and product knowledge, and proactively recommend items to increase conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed commercial goals, tracking omni‑channel business activities.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks, process e‑commerce orders, verify fraud, and coordinate with warehouse, operations and merchandising teams.

Required profile

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience in retail or call‑center settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle irate customers.
  • Familiarity with website navigation and e‑commerce terminology.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
