Coating Cleaning Operator

About the role

The Coating Cleaning Operator is responsible for preparing and maintaining parts for thin‑film coating processes in a cleanroom environment. You will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure that all components meet strict cleanliness and handling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and set up parts for the coating process according to production and quality standards.
• Perform in‑process and in‑house quality inspections on thin‑film coated products.
• Unpack and verify incoming parts, confirming they meet cleanliness requirements.
• Operate and maintain cleaning and coating equipment following SOPs.
• Accurately record process and inspection data.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and discipline at all times.
• Support coating operations and other production‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent manufacturing qualification.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following strict procedures.
