Corporate Training Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals with admin or customer‑service experience to join our fast‑growing education and training team. As a Corporate Training Consultant you will focus on outbound sales of technology‑focused courses, helping businesses up‑skill their workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective businesses and guide them through enrolment in our tech courses.
• Identify student and client needs and recommend the most suitable course pathways.
• Follow up on warm leads using our CRM system, phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.
• Achieve daily talk‑time targets and monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the Telesales Manager and team to meet collective goals and compete for performance bonuses.
• Receive coaching, scripts and ongoing training to improve closing efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.
• Resilient, target‑driven and eager to earn uncapped commissions.
• Reliable, responsive and comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Coachability – prior telesales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform.
