Cyber Security Lead

About the role

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Cyber Security Lead to shape and execute its cybersecurity architecture strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Cybersecurity Manager to embed secure‑by‑design principles across the organisation and enhance overall cyber resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate systems from a security architecture perspective and propose remediation measures.
• Develop and roll out group‑wide cybersecurity standards, guidelines and security requirements.
• Lead the design, assessment and validation of security controls for new platforms, cloud solutions and major transformation programmes.
• Provide expert advisory on system hardening, network segmentation, identity, cloud and application security.
• Conduct architectural risk assessments and security design reviews, recommending mitigation actions.
• Drive threat intelligence collection, analysis and operationalisation to set defensive priorities.
• Oversee the full vulnerability management lifecycle, including asset discovery, CVSS scoring, prioritisation, remediation tracking and executive reporting.
• Facilitate cyber incident response planning, tabletop exercises, red‑team/blue‑team activities and post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity architecture initiatives and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management processes.
• Experience coordinating incident response across IT, clinical, operations and communications teams.
• Ability to develop and enforce security standards and guidelines at an enterprise level.
