About the role

Join Binance’s Accelerator Program as a Graphic Design early‑career talent and gain hands‑on experience within the Europe marketing team. You will contribute to high‑impact design assets for regional and global campaigns while learning about the fast‑growing Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and produce engaging visuals for digital, social, events and out‑of‑home channels.
• Support localisation of global assets to ensure cultural relevance for European markets.
• Collaborate with design leads, copywriters and senior designers on integrated campaigns.
• Assist acquisition and retention teams by delivering digital campaign assets that drive brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance insights and help apply learnings to improve creative output.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Passionate and creative mindset for graphic design.
• Interest in Web3, blockchain and digital‑asset ecosystems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
