Flight Simulator Instructor (English)

About the role

CAE is seeking an experienced Flight Simulator Instructor to deliver high‑quality training to pilots in an English‑speaking environment. You will be responsible for classroom instruction, ground school, and in‑simulator sessions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorizations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulator training in accordance with qualification standards.
• Monitor and assure compliance with all authorizations and qualifications.
• Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings to maintain training quality.
• Suggest curriculum and courseware improvements to enhance the client experience.
• Assist the Lead Trainer and Training Manager with assigned duties.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and electronic records in a timely manner.

Required profile

• FAA ATPL holder with a relevant type rating and at least 1,500 hours total multi‑pilot time.
• Previous experience as a flight instructor.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment and adapt to change.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement drive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using Internet Explorer for web‑based applications.
