About the role

The Head of Global Retail Training & Development will shape the evolution of our retail experience worldwide. This senior leader will create a service‑led culture, strengthen execution discipline, and foster pride in the brand across all store formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global training strategy that moves beyond product knowledge to client engagement.
• Design and deliver scalable learning programs for Experts, Stylists, and Store Leaders.
• Oversee data tracking and reporting on customer experience, aligning metrics with the Global Retail strategy.
• Manage external supplier relationships for digital training and staffing solutions.
• Facilitate two‑way communication with all markets to capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Category Teams to ensure timely, high‑quality training content for new product launches.
• Lead the retail experience metrics programme and translate insights into training priorities.

Required profile

• Strategic and agile leader with a proven track record in retail excellence.
• Experience managing large‑scale training initiatives across multiple store formats.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with global markets and cross‑functional teams.
