About the role

The Human Resources Executive will manage day‑to‑day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employee queries. This role ensures smooth onboarding and offboarding, accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and supports employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, HR system updates and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Provide first‑level support for employee HR queries on policies, benefits and employment matters.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll vendor to ensure timely, compliant payroll runs.
  • Maintain casual labour payroll records and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits, medical coverage and related documentation.
  • Support recruitment for non‑managerial roles, including interview coordination and onboarding preparation.
  • Handle work permit applications, renewals and statutory submissions where applicable.
  • Assist with employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary documentation and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, staff events and internal communications.
  • Conduct regular checks on employee facilities and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Maintain confidential HR records in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support HR projects, reporting and ad‑hoc administrative duties.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR operations or generalist experience; hospitality, service or retail background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes and local employment regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, hands‑on, able to work independently and collaboratively.
