Interior Architect – Design & Build

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our design‑and‑build team in Singapore. You will work closely with project managers, clients, contractors and suppliers to shape the next generation of homes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts from initial brief through to final approvals, respecting scope, budget and client specifications.
• Select materials, finishes and furnishings that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D visualisations.
• Collaborate with Project and Accounts Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare comprehensive tender packages, including technical specifications and drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Manage on‑site adjustments and modifications to align execution with design intent.
• Serve as primary client liaison, presenting design proposals and maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing and managing tender documentation for construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software for accurate drawing production.
• Ability to create detailed design plans and 3D visualisations that meet industry standards.
