About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for a range of in‑house and vendor‑managed systems within a fast‑paced commodities environment. You will act as a key point of contact for incident resolution, project delivery and continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and progress all IT issues within defined service levels.
  • Deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange and other business‑critical applications.
  • Own and execute key projects, ensuring improvements to service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base with new processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to resolve implementation and operational issues.
  • Monitor business‑critical processes and systems, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate releases, deployments and change requests following established procedures.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced IT environment.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting MS Office suites, Exchange client support, and network design.
  • MCSE certification or equivalent Microsoft expertise.
