Manager, Project Management

About the role

Jurong Port is seeking a seasoned Manager, Project Management to lead end‑to‑end execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects supporting the port’s expansion and electrification strategies. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of assigned projects, monitoring milestones, critical paths and ensuring QCDS compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and policies.
• Drive innovation through DfMA/DfS, modular systems, prefabrication and integration of renewable energy and solar PV solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and ensure alignment with industry codes.
• Guide consultants, evaluate and recommend contractors, manage tender processes and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project closure activities, conduct post‑project evaluations, contractor grading and technical verifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management with a project‑management skillset.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Strong decision‑making, proactive stakeholder management and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, written and presentation skills.
