About the role
The People Partner is a core member of Hegen’s People & Workplace Experience team, responsible for shaping organisational culture, workforce effectiveness and employee experience. Working closely with department heads, the role partners with employees, managers and business leaders to deliver data‑driven people solutions that support growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with employees, people managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and engagement matters.
- Drive employee listening initiatives such as engagement surveys, focus groups and feedback channels.
- Analyse employee insights and develop recommendations to improve effectiveness, experience and retention.
- Manage and continuously enhance people processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and performance cycles.
- Oversee HR systems, tools and platforms to support an effective employee experience.
- Support payroll, benefits administration and employee programmes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and people data.
- Develop workforce dashboards, management reports and people insights for decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and continuous improvement across people processes.
Required profile
- HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to champion an inclusive, high‑performing workplace culture.
