Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing indirect materials required by our manufacturing plant. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective solutions while ensuring timely availability of supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect categories such as office supplies, equipment, MRO, facility management and subsidiary materials.
• Review, discuss and negotiate contract terms with suppliers to protect the company’s interests.
• Conduct spend analysis, identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, arrange shipments according to Incoterms and ensure on‑time receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Track and report procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support additional procurement initiatives as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect spend.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and delivering cost savings.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools, such as SAP.
