Program Manager – SAP Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large‑scale SAP Supply Chain initiatives for our global clients. The role involves overseeing implementation, upgrade, migration and major enhancement projects, ensuring seamless integration of SAP SD/MM with end‑to‑end supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end SAP Supply Chain programs, including implementation, upgrades, migrations and large enhancements.
• Lead complex transition projects such as spin‑offs, carve‑outs, service transitions and platform migrations.
• Establish and enforce governance, release and sprint planning across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, maintain RAID logs and produce executive status updates.
• Collaborate with business, product and technology stakeholders to align objectives and deliver value.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT delivery, program or project management experience.
• Hands‑on functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM and related supply‑chain processes (order‑to‑cash, logistics execution, procurement‑to‑pay, inventory/warehouse).
• Proven track record of leading complex transitions, separations or vendor model changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to produce clear executive updates.
