Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our client’s hiring operations within the semiconductor industry. The role is based onsite in Woodlands and involves managing the end‑to‑end interview process for multiple candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, including video conferencing and travel logistics.
• Brief interview panel members and provide them with candidate information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments for hiring decisions.
• Support continuous process improvement to increase recruitment efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality and data‑protection standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align with recruitment objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or HR coordination in a high‑volume environment.
• Ambitious, results‑driven and strong organisational abilities.
• Available to start immediately and willing to work occasional Saturdays for assessment days.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with video‑conferencing tools.
