About the role
The Retail Stock Assistant ensures efficient and accurate handling of merchandise across Fashion, Watch, and Fine Jewellery categories. You will support both warehouse and boutique operations, maintaining product integrity and contributing to smooth daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on all products upon receipt and report defective goods.
- Maintain organized, clean, and tidy inventory in the stock room.
- Assist in sorting and organizing daily deliveries from warehouse to boutique.
- Keep accurate inventory records by category and participate in monthly stock takes.
- Support stock transfers, packing, and provide administrative assistance such as shipping and invoicing.
- Offer ad‑hoc floor support, manage phone enquiries, and handle any additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- O’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency in English.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and highly accurate.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage (optional).
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Excel.
