Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the Store Manager in daily store operations and help drive sales for a global luxury fashion brand. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards, and contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to customers, handling enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays in line with corporate guidelines.
• Assist with stock management and inventory tasks.
• Support the Store‑in‑Charge in preparing retail reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role).
• Polite, mature, service‑oriented with a strong fashion sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.
