Senior Associate – Assistant Manager, Corporate Tax Consulting (IGH)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate – Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Tax Advisory practice, focusing on the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) sector. The role involves delivering tax‑efficient solutions to multinational clients across Singapore and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross‑border transactions, corporate restructuring, IPOs, tax due diligence, tax rulings, incentives and tax risk management within the IGH sector.
• Provide tax‑efficient solutions that align with clients’ business strategies.
• Assist and coordinate regional or global tax projects for IGH‑related industries.
• Leverage cross‑industry experience to deliver tailored tax insights.
• Utilise knowledge of Base Erosion and Profits Shifting (BEPS) 2.0 where applicable.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in Singapore corporate tax or international corporate tax, preferably in a tax consulting environment.
• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law; SCTP accreditation is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Highly driven to deliver innovative tax solutions across a range of industries.
