Senior Executive – Shared Services HR (Faculty)

About the role
The Senior Executive will deliver end‑to‑end HR operational and administrative support for faculty across assigned schools, ensuring appointments, reappointments, promotions, tenure, job changes and exits are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle HR processes for faculty, including appointment, reappointment, promotion & tenure, job changes and exit management.
- Provide operational and secretariat support to school‑level committees handling faculty appointments and promotions.
- Advise schools on HR policies, procedures and related requirements.
- Support university‑wide meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials and taking minutes.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and service‑oriented mindset.
- Effective time‑management ability to meet SLAs, especially during peak periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; Workday experience is a plus.
