Senior Fundraising Professional – Global Capital Formation

About the role

Quatromine is expanding its global Capital Formation function and is looking for seasoned fundraising professionals to lead investor relationship development worldwide. The role is senior, not entry‑level, and focuses on sourcing and converting capital for funds, SPVs and select transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand investor relationships across family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals, private banks and institutional investors on a global scale.
• Support capital formation for funds, special purpose vehicles and targeted transactions.
• Build, maintain and manage investor pipelines and CRM data.
• Engage with regional networks to convert prospects into committed capital.
• Collaborate closely with investment teams to align fundraising activities with deal execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record of raising capital in venture capital, private equity, placement agencies, family office coverage, private banking, institutional sales or capital markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and convert investor relationships into funding commitments.
• Strong regional networks and deep understanding of local investment markets.
• Experience managing investor pipelines and delivering successful fundraising mandates.
