Senior Hospitality Designer

About the role

The Senior Hospitality Designer will lead the conception, development and delivery of high‑impact design projects for hospitality clients. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines creative vision with strong client‑facing skills to shape innovative environments that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through implementation, producing presentations, schematic plans and detailed design documents.
• Define project vision and goals in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct project teams, coordinate consultants, contractors and vendors, and manage client relationships.
• Develop and refine creative design concepts, 3D renderings and graphic presentations.
• Oversee land and site planning drawings, material and system selections, and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Resolve complex design challenges with innovative, practical solutions.
• Facilitate team meetings, manage conflicts and promote a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Architectural registration strongly preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality design.
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced skills in Rhino, Grasshopper and 3D Studio MAX.
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Competent use of the MS Office Suite.
