Senior Manager – Indirect Procurement (APAC)

About the role

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Senior Manager to lead indirect procurement across the APAC region. You will shape strategy, drive cost optimisation and ensure supplier performance for a wide range of support categories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute APAC indirect procurement strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Lead initiatives that deliver cost savings, operational efficiency and supplier optimisation.
• Drive procurement governance, compliance and policy adherence across all APAC operations.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance dashboards for informed decision‑making.
• Manage indirect categories such as facilities, professional services, logistics, IT, MRO and engineering support.
• Partner with regional business leaders, finance, legal and global procurement teams to mitigate risk and ensure sustainable practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in regional indirect procurement within a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
