About the role
The Stock Administrator (HSR) is responsible for managing all movements of goods in and out of the store warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory tracking, support price tag updates and provide regular stock reports to management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle deliveries, transfers, returns, destocking and display changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and report out‑of‑stock or excess stock situations.
- Conduct general inventory control and cycle counts.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, Cegid movements, scanning and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Support price‑tag changes and verify their accuracy.
- Prepare stock reports for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or stock administration experience in a related industry.
- Independent, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient with PC applications, including typing.
