About the role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong background in agency recruitment to source and place software engineering talent across Java, Python, cloud, data, and AI/ML domains. The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with both local and Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and Boolean search techniques.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates in ATS/CRM systems.
- Prepare call summaries, candidate assessments, and shortlist presentations for hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, including EP, S Pass, work permits, and the Fair Consideration Framework.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to recruit for software engineering roles across multiple technology stacks.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
