Account Manager – Fragrance Sales (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Join IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, as an Account Manager based in Singapore. You will drive fragrance sales across Southeast Asia, working with a creative, customer‑focused team to deliver sustainable innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage global accounts across Southeast Asia, focusing on fragrance sales for body‑care categories.
• Develop and grow sales with assigned brands in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia.
• Lead local and regional projects, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met through market analysis and new product strategy.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier‑customer relationships, addressing commercial and supply‑chain issues.
• Set annual commercial targets (sales, gross profit, earnings) and coordinate required resources.
• Monitor account performance, provide forecasting, planning and budgeting updates to line management.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 4‑6 years of sales or marketing management experience, preferably in FMCG, flavors, chemicals or ingredients.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across countries and regions.
• Strong interest in fragrance, product development and market trends.
• Willingness to travel periodically throughout Asia.
