Account Manager

About the role

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage strategic IT service accounts across the region. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, recommend suitable technology solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate services revenue and profit through strategic account coverage.
• Conduct solutions‑based selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning appropriate IT solutions.
• Perform bid analysis, evaluate competitor offerings, and prepare competitive tender submissions.
• Visit customers to present solutions and build strong relationships.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple business units to expand account reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored, competitive proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector.
• Proven experience in the tender submission process, including bid review, tabulation, and submission.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player attitude with confidence and directness in client interactions.
