About the role
The Admin Support Executive will provide comprehensive administrative assistance across finance, production, and logistics functions for The COMO Group’s diverse portfolio of hospitality, fashion, wellness, and organic living businesses. The role ensures smooth end‑to‑end product development, accurate cost tracking, and timely shipment readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the invoicing process, issue manual invoices and manage credit notes.
- Handle billing discrepancies and support basic bookkeeping or cost reconciliation tasks.
- Liaise with local forwarders to obtain shipping quotes and coordinate shipping modes (air, sea, courier).
- Prepare commercial shipping invoices and packing lists for regional offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, and overseas hotels.
- Provide courier support for the production department, track courier costs, and assist with studio sample preparation when needed.
- Maintain development‑stage invoice payment trackers and follow up on purchase‑order payments.
- Cross‑check packing lists and commercial invoices against purchase orders and give final approval for shipments.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or at least 3 years of relevant Office Admin Support experience.
- Pleasant and friendly disposition with good phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
- Strong follow‑up ability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
