AI Trainer – Face-to-Face Corporate Training (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to deliver highly interactive, instructor‑led AI training programs to corporate audiences in Singapore. The role focuses on helping general business users understand and apply AI tools to boost productivity, efficiency, and everyday operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person AI training programs for cohorts of up to 12‑15 participants.
• Conduct interactive, application‑focused workshops that simplify AI concepts for non‑technical learners.
• Demonstrate practical workplace applications of AI tools across compliance, legal, finance, operations, and corporate support functions.
• Facilitate discussions, exercises, and real‑world scenarios to reinforce learning.
• Support participants in adopting AI for productivity, communication, documentation, and information analysis.
• Customize sessions based on learner needs and specific business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes with business expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training, preferably in AI or related technologies.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical language for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience managing small‑group workshops.
• Flexibility to adapt content to diverse business functions and learner requirements.
