AI Language Expert – Chinese (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking native‑level Chinese speakers to help evaluate and improve AI‑driven language learning tools. As a freelance AI Language Expert, you will assess AI‑generated speech and text, ensuring linguistic accuracy and pedagogical quality for learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Chinese speech and written content for naturalness and correctness.
• Assess learner submissions across CEFR levels Pre‑A1 to B2+ and identify errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance AI tutoring models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.
• Contribute to the overall reliability and quality of AI‑based language instruction.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Chinese.
• Experience teaching Chinese or evaluating learner language.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and learner speech patterns.
• Enrolled in or holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment.
