AI Trainer – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a passionate AI Trainer with strong finance expertise to design and deliver engaging, competency-based training programmes for adult learners. The role combines practical finance knowledge, hands-on experience with AI tools, and proven adult-education facilitation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver WSQ and competency-based training in finance, business analytics, and AI-enabled financial applications.
• Facilitate both in-person and online sessions using learner-centred methodologies.
• Apply real-world finance scenarios, case studies, and hands-on activities to enhance learner outcomes.
• Guide learners in the practical use of AI tools for finance, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support learner engagement, assessment, and achievement of course learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in adult education or finance-related training, with a proven track record in WSQ or competency-based programmes.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field; ACTA or ACLP certification.
• Professional finance credentials (e.g., CPA, CFA) and/or certifications in AI or data analytics are advantageous.
