Analog Layout Engineer (Mixed‑Signal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Analog Layout Engineer to design and implement analog and mixed‑signal layout for integrated circuits. You will work closely with design teams to deliver high‑quality layouts that meet project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of layout engineers to produce complex analog and mixed‑signal blocks.
• Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to understand requirements.
• Drive critical floor‑planning decisions and define layout methodology.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and design guidelines.
• Review and approve final layout designs for production.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and related events.

Required profile

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands‑on experience in analog and mixed‑signal layout of deep‑submicron CMOS circuits, including advanced nodes.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre DRC/LVS tools.
• Strong understanding of layout design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
