Architect – Advanced Technology & Life Sciences Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design, detailing, and tendering of architectural packages for advanced technology and life‑science projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, multidisciplinary coordination, and on‑site contract administration from inception through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design, detail, specify, and assist tendering for a full range of architectural packages.
• Liaise with client teams on design issues and ensure compliance with local authority codes.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage architectural sub‑contractor contracts on site.
• Support site personnel on technical and coordination matters during design and construction phases.
• Mentor Architectural Designers and Graduate Architects to build a skilled team.
• Provide approved plans, shop drawings, and briefings to supervisors and system leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.
• Experience with fast‑track projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, standards, and submission procedures.

Required skills

• Architectural design and detailing.
