Architectural Design Manager

About the role

The Architectural Design Manager will lead the creation and execution of interior design concepts for a real‑estate partner. You will be responsible for translating design briefs into cohesive, functional spaces while ensuring compliance with statutory and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and refine the design brief for each project.
• Manage and review design proposals from concept through detailed design and material selection.
• Maintain a consistent design aesthetic aligned with functional requirements.
• Oversee interior works from tendering and construction to final completion.
• Review and control technical deliverables such as material samples and shop drawings.
• Conduct site and factory inspections to ensure quality of on‑site work and off‑site fabrication.
• Assess and approve tenant design submissions, ensuring alignment with guidelines and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related built‑environment discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design covering concept, execution and completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of site execution, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, premium residential or commercial office projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
