About the role

10 Design is seeking an Architectural Designer to contribute to innovative building projects across its global portfolio. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with local regulations and the firm’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings that align with project briefs and the company’s design philosophy.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and sub‑consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Research and apply local building codes and approval authority requirements.
• Monitor design costs and incorporate cost‑awareness throughout the design process.
• Maintain organized filing, archiving, and submission of documents for each project stage.
• Stay updated on current construction and design trends through continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to implement them in diverse projects.
• Experience coordinating with various disciplines and managing sub‑consultant inputs.
• Familiarity with project contracts, schedules, and deliverables.
• Commitment to quality assurance, cost control, and continuous learning.
