Art Director

About the role

Tag is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead end‑to‑end retail design projects in a fast‑paced agency environment. You will create compelling POSM, digital and social media visuals that align with global brand standards while collaborating closely with account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute visually striking POSM, retail, digital and social media assets.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout each project and manage revisions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with account servicing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative work.
• Communicate progress proactively and coordinate cross‑functional inputs.
• Stay current on retail, digital and social media design trends and propose innovative visual solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of agency creative experience, preferably in retail or brand design.
• Strong art direction and design sensibility.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high‑volume workflow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Keynote for presentations.
