Art Director

About the role

ED&C is an APAC‑focused creative agency that builds brand experiences across campaigns, events and physical activations. We are seeking an Art Director who can shape ideas beyond the visual layer, turning concepts into immersive experiences that work across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong creative direction for campaigns, events and brand experiences.
• Translate strategic ideas into compelling visual and experiential executions.
• Create presentation‑ready key visuals, layouts, mock‑ups and campaign assets.
• Contribute to spatial and experiential concepts for activations, launches and branded environments.
• Collaborate closely with designers, producers and project teams across markets to ensure ideas are practical and executable.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, craft and consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative, advertising or event agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, campaign thinking, branding, events or experiential work.
• Ability to translate concepts into visual storytelling and real‑world experiences.
• Solid design sensibility in layout, typography, composition and branding.
• Understanding of spatial design, audience engagement and experiential touchpoints is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative workflows.
• Ownership from concept through final delivery and clear communication in English.
