Assistant Guest Services Manager – Club Lounge

About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental, Singapore as an Assistant Guest Services Manager for the Club Lounge. You will support daily lounge operations, ensure seamless service delivery and create personalised, memorable experiences for our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Club Lounge Manager in overseeing all aspects of lounge service, from breakfast to evening cocktails and private dining.
• Lead, motivate and guide the Curator team to deliver legendary quality experiences.
• Review guest preferences, profiles and special requests before arrival and ensure accurate execution.
• Handle VIP arrivals, guest engagement and proactive service recovery.
• Monitor food‑and‑beverage standards, lounge presentation, cleanliness and overall guest areas.
• Supervise service periods and support training, coaching and development of colleagues.
• Address guest feedback, concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring proper follow‑up.
• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory control, reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, grooming and safety procedures.
• Support the achievement of Forbes, LQA and Mandarin Oriental service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, club lounge, butler service or front‑office operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
