Assistant Manager – Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s Jurong Innovation District campus as an Assistant Manager, Business Operations Analyst. You will support the transformation of financial and operational processes, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to spot trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Gather user requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable system or process changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, IT and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
• Review existing business processes, recommend enhancements and champion automation tools.
• Support process redesign, documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics, preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Build strong relationships across all levels, fostering a collaborative, solution‑oriented environment.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, financial analysis or process‑improvement roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visual analytics.
