Assistant Manager, Pursuits Design

About the role

CBRE Singapore’s Pursuit Management team is seeking a creative Assistant Manager to lead visual communication for high‑impact client‑facing marketing initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders on large‑scale deals, delivering compelling presentations and marketing assets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually engaging presentations, proposals and marketing deliverables for both print and digital formats.
• Stay current with design trends and techniques, pushing aesthetic boundaries using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate brief concepts into clear, cohesive visual stories.
• Integrate photography, video and emerging digital technologies into business‑development materials.
• Inspire and share ideas with CBRE’s broader design community across Asia Pacific.
• Manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Handle additional visual content creation projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field with a strong portfolio.
• 3‑5 years of professional design experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven ability to work from ambiguous briefs and deliver polished output independently.
• Strong visual storytelling capability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, resource‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and own deliverables end‑to‑end.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint (super‑user) proficiency.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
