Associate Architect – Design Leadership Role

About the role

Aedas is seeking an experienced Associate to lead multidisciplinary design teams across the full project lifecycle. You will be responsible for translating concept ideas into built solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery from concept through construction documentation and completion.
• Coordinate design teams, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including statutory submissions.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and authorities to drive project execution.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10‑15 years of design development, team management, and client interface experience.
• Strong design leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore is an advantage.
• Experience in mixed‑use and infrastructure projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM using Revit Architecture.
