Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

HOYA Electronics is looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that outgoing products meet customer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, supporting the delivery of optical and EUV photomask blanks used in advanced semiconductor applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final checks of finished goods to verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of outgoing documentation, including inspection data reports, quality records, and certificates of conformance.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee that only compliant products are shipped.
• Monitor outgoing quality performance indicators and assist in responding to internal and customer inquiries.
• Support internal quality improvement projects and track the effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of outgoing quality procedures and workflow.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or holder of a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or a manufacturing environment.
