AVP, Regional Avaloq Specialist / Business Lead - Cash & Credit, Consumer Banking

About the role

DBS Consumer Banking Group is looking for an AVP, Regional Avaloq Specialist / Business Lead for its Cash & Credit, Consumer Banking Group. The role defines, prioritizes and champions the development roadmap for functionalities in the Avaloq banking system, acting as the main link between business stakeholders, development teams and external vendors. It covers the change management of the wealth platform, with responsibilities as business lead, business analyst, business process engineer and project manager, and focuses on the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, prioritize and execute change initiatives for the Avaloq wealth platform, covering end-to-end processes
• Facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders and coordinate process changes across functions
• Manage the product backlog and drive continuous improvement and innovation in the Avaloq system
• Establish processes for the rollout of new features and address production functional queries and user training
• Act as product owner and business analyst: define and prioritize features, user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-groomed backlog
• Work with agile development teams, run stakeholder reviews and propose added-value solutions
• Develop and run a change management plan, including training, user guides and manuals, workflow documentation and SOP improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5-10 years of experience as a change manager, product owner or business analyst
• Minimum 2 years of experience in private banking

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Avaloq banking system (mandatory)
• Good problem-solving, planning and organizational skills
