Bellman – Guest Services Role

About the role

The Singapore EDITION is seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to join its Guest Services team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, escort, and assist guests to and from their rooms.
• Open doors, handle luggage, and provide directions to hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Explain room features, arrange transportation, and manage parking procedures.
• Assist guests with vehicle entry and luggage loading/unloading.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to all hotel policies.
• Support guests with disabilities and respond promptly to service requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move quickly throughout shifts.
