About the role

Join the renowned Singapore EDITION as a Bellman, providing first‑class assistance to guests from arrival to departure. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, handles luggage, and ensures a seamless stay in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and open doors for visitors.
• Explain room features, amenities, and hotel services.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and manage storage.
• Assist guests with vehicle entry, loading, and unloading of luggage.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousines and record requests.
• Communicate parking procedures and provide directions.
• Maintain uniform standards, follow safety policies, and report incidents.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure a courteous, professional interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods.
