Boutique Supervisor

About the role

The Boutique Supervisor supports senior fashion advisors and the boutique leadership team in delivering the ultimate luxury customer experience. Acting as the floor‑in‑charge, this role ensures day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while upholding Chanel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Boutique (HOB) and Deputy Head of Boutique (DHOB) in maintaining high image standards for staff grooming and visual merchandising.
• Conduct regular inspections of boutique displays, windows, and in‑store presentation to reflect seasonal lines and Chanel’s image.
• Supervise floor performance of Senior Fashion Advisors (SFAs) and Fashion Advisors (FAs), providing prompt assistance with customer enquiries, complaints, and after‑sales service.
• Act as a communication bridge between boutique leadership and floor staff, fostering open dialogue and feedback.
• Monitor client engagement, support customer recruitment and retention, and maintain personalized client data (CEM).
• Motivate the boutique team, ensure a pristine boutique environment, and uphold the brand’s luxury service values.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique environments.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to guide senior advisors and floor staff.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Attention to detail regarding brand image, grooming standards, and visual merchandising.
