Brand Design Consultant – Brand & Motion

About the role

Saison International is seeking a Brand Design Consultant who thrives at the intersection of brand systems, creative execution, and motion design. You will help shape and scale the brand across multiple markets, ensuring consistency while delivering engaging experiences for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable brand system that supports presentations, social content, events, internal communications, and marketing materials.
• Identify gaps in the existing brand framework and define standards to enable consistent brand application across regions.
• Develop and update brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits for global teams.
• Create motion design assets and branded experiences for events, publications, and employee communications.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director and cross‑functional teams in Singapore, India, Brazil, Mexico, and other locations.
• Explore new opportunities for the brand to appear meaningfully across touchpoints.

Required profile

• Passionate about building brand systems that can scale across markets.
• Comfortable moving between strategic exploration and hands‑on execution.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work with diverse, multicultural teams.
• Interest in finance or fintech sectors is a plus.
