Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our fast‑paced events and marketing team in Singapore. You will represent leading brands at live events, engage directly with customers and help grow brand presence across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events and marketing campaigns.
• Engage visitors, communicate product or service benefits clearly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute and optimise campaigns.
• Learn the full marketing process from strategy to on‑site execution.
• Take on leadership opportunities, including coaching new team members.
• Travel to various event sites and support post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong desire to learn.
• Open‑minded, eager to develop new skills and enjoy interacting with people.
• Good communication skills and confidence in presenting products.
• Background in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
