Business Development Manager – Wine & Premium Beverages

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for a curated portfolio of wines, sake and premium beverages. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will expand sales channels, build distribution networks and develop lasting relationships with corporate and hospitality customers in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and expand sales channels and distribution networks for wine and premium beverage products.
• Promote wine and sake offerings to prospective customers, representing the brand at events and meetings.
• Plan, coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and product suppliers.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programmes, workshops and industry events.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, market feedback and business reviews to management.

Required profile

• Strong interest in wine, sake and the broader beverage industry.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career in the wine and spirits sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• An established network with corporate clients or business accounts is an advantage.
• WSET Level 3 in Wines or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
