About the role
The Executive Lounge at Marriott International is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to deliver high‑quality dishes and support the culinary team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that every plate meets the brand’s standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters to ensure proper cooking.
- Thaw frozen items, maintain food logs and monitor portion control.
- Prepare cold foods and garnish dishes consistently.
- Communicate with the Chef and service staff about specials, out‑of‑stock items and excess inventory.
- Follow all safety, security and hygiene policies, reporting any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Technical or vocational culinary education.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work long periods standing, lifting up to 25 lb, and performing repetitive motions.
